This contract is to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services to construct the Creekbed Infrastructure Rehabilitation (Project). This Project is designed to rehabilitate sanitary and storm sewer pipelines and associated manholes located within National Park Service (NPS) property, that have outlived their design life and/or are defective. Also included is the protection and elimination of exposed sewer assets via stream restoration and repair/rehabilitation of storm outfalls as part of MS4 permit compliance. Due to the project being located within NPS, NEPA compliance is required therefore, the CMAR is anticipated to participate in community outreach events to solicit public feedback/input as part of NEPA scoping. The scope includes four (4) different project areas, all located within and managed by National Park Service – Rock Creek Park Operating Unit.
