The Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Employee Engagement and Innovation Committee (EEIC) is releasing this RFI to obtain responses from all interested parties, including from small and disadvantaged vendors, on specific training services for Employee Engagement and Innovation that they can provide to federal Offices of Inspector Generals (OIGs).
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain responses and industry information to inform the CIGIE EEIC on the status of capabilities and tools in the Employee Engagement and Innovation areas to assist OIG organizations in increasing awareness and knowledge of these principles.
The CIGIE EEIC plans to hold two Vendor Day events on February 27, 2025, and March 6, 2025, to cover this scope of potential employee engagement, change management, transformational, strategic, and innovative thinking and/or behavioral training services. Please do not respond to this RFI with products or services concerning other topic areas. Any items that are submitted outside of the scope will be disregarded and will not be considered without any further communications.
This is an RFI for market research purposes only.
