The selected offeror will be fully responsible for providing the spare parts as described in the RFQ document, which will be published on SAM.gov. This includes obtaining any necessary local government permits (including import permits) and licenses, if required, while adhering to the quality standards specified in the RFQ document. Items must comply with the industry’s minimum quality standards and any additional quality and warranty requirements specified in the RFQ document.
All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to source the spare parts. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation:
- Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer/proposal, as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission will render the offeror’s proposal non-responsive to the solicitation requirements, and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
- All proposals and documents must be in English.
This opportunity allows for electronic responses. The email address for submitting proposals and questions is specified in the LTO document and the SAM publication.
