The purpose of this RFQ is to acquire contractor support services for the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to locate, recruit, hire and manage journalists (stringer reporters) in various cities domestically and abroad in order to provide regular local news and feature reports to Central News Center (VOA). BBG requests that you provide a technical proposal and price proposal in response to this RFQ.
