The primary goal is to create a comprehensive certification course that validates the skills and knowledge of applicants interested in designing and instructing CTAAs VMMC certification course. Key objectives for this project include: ● Participate in a Job Task Analysis (JTA) to identify the competencies required for the certification in conjunction with CTAA. ● Develop the course curriculum, including modules, learning objectives, and educational gaps and needs. ● Design engaging learning activities and develop all course materials (e.g., videos, written content, graphics). ● Establish a fair and rigorous examination to assess learner competency. ● Implement strategies for promoting program integrity and ensuring accessibility.
