This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Stall Maintenance Services with the United States Park Police (USPP) Horse Mounted Patrol (HMP). This action is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115210. The small business size standard is $11 million.
The National Park Service (NPS) anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price commercial contract for stall maintenance and horse stable cleaning for its HMP stables located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Stall maintenance and cleanings services include, but it not limited to, feeding and watering horses, cleaning box stalls, aisles, paddocks, turnout areas, and all duties IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is anticipated to result in one (1) basic period and one (1) six (6) month Option to Extend Services IAW 52.217-8.
Be advised that they U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all soci-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
