Post needs a structure to ensure visitors to the Embassy have a place to wait during appointments. The structure needs to be in front of the MCAC, self-supporting and aesthetically adequate to place in front of the U.S. Embassy Brazzaville. It needs to be approximately 30 – 40 feet long and between 4 – 8 feet wide. The structure must be able to withstand the weather conditions of a humid tropical climate and able to withstand 20 mph sustained wind gusts. The structure also needs to be able to withstand torrential rains and provide enough covering for embassy visitors to sit comfortably underneath while they await their various appointments. The structure should not be made of wood, but fabricated with metal, preferably powder coated or with stainless steel to prevent rusting.
