The US Embassy in Brazzaville requires services of the contractor to perform a comprehensive Test and Balance (TAB) for the cooling system, specifically the air handling units (AHUs) serving the chancery building.

Composition of Chilled water system
- 3 Air-cooled chillers
- One chiller of the three is equipped with heat exchanger and glycol
- One supply line to the building
- One return line from the building.
- One bypass line with a with bypass valve.
- Chilled water flow SP= 6 liters per second.
The total number of dampers in the air distribution network : 80
