The US Consulate General in São Paulo (USCG), located at 700 Henri Dunant Street (ZIP 04709-110), makes public its intention to hire a general contractor (labor and material), with experience in construction remodeling projects and refurbishment of facilities (commercial offices, hospitals, universities, condominiums, etc.). The USCG wants to implement office improvements in the IRM Suite (154m²) making sure the supporting infrastructure for each office and workstation is available and operational (electrical, computer and telephone drops, light fixtures, HVAC, etc.). The statement of work (SOW) includes architectural, electrical, mechanical, civil, and telecom improvements. The improvements will be concentrated in rooms 2273, 2274, and 2275 inside the IRM section located in Building #2, level 2 (the three offices together are about 100 SQM). The SOW is described in Section 4. It covers but is not limited to construction activities such as removal/construction of a non-load bearing walls (GWB walls), replacement of carpet tiles, replacement of ceiling tiles, electrical upgrades, computer and telephone drops upgrades, improvements to the HVAC system, installation of a service window, wall painting, etc.
