This portfolio encompasses critical water infrastructure projects, including large-diameter water main rehabilitations (≥16 inches), critical valve replacements, new Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) interconnections and upgrading of existing interconnections, and a booster pump station in the 4th High Reno Pressure Zone. Projects are in various planning stages, with individual projects estimated construction costs ranging from $4 million to $42 million in value. Included in the package are: (1) Critical Valves Replacement 3; (2) 16-inch Cast Iron (CI) Reservoir Road; (3) 16-inch CI Rock Creek Park; (4) Large Diameter Water Main (LDWM) Replacement 8; (5) WSSC Interconnection Project Phase 1; (6) 4th High Reno WSSC Interconnection; (7) WSSC Interconnection Improvements Phase 2; and (8) 4th High Booster Pumps. In addition, this package may include other related but unplanned projects, which may be added in the future. Contractor is expected to develop sequencing of projects within this portfolio per DC Water requirements and constraints.
