The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) (District) is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and supplies needed to adjust, perform preventive maintenance, test and prepare all necessary reports for St. Elizabeths Hospital (SEH) to comply with the Title V Permit issued by the D.C Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). The contractor shall provide compliance testing, cleaning and reporting which will consist of four (4) distinct sections: Annual Testing and Test Reports; Visible Emissions Testing; Semi-annual Testing and Test Reports; Fuel Oil Sampling and Analysis.
