Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor shall serve as the Administrative partner to OCTEFME. b. The Contract shall be essential in assisting OCTFME in the execution of all venue contracts, managing vendors, payments to entertainers, and helping to facilitate the timely and efficient processing of all of the afore mentioned responsibilities c. The Contractor shall hire, secure, and pay entertainers, vendors, and venues in accordance with the approval of OCTFME management and provisions as outlined in Section C.5.3. d. The Contractor shall manage all approved communication and technical requirements of the entertainers, Contractors, and venue. e. The Contractor shall coordinate all approved entertainer’s schedules, attendance, and performance on the day of a verified event date. f. The Contractor shall participate in all pre-production, and production meetings. g. The Contractor shall be onsite the day of verified load-in, day of the event, and loadout h. The Contractor shall participate in an in-person “debrief” meeting that will be scheduled by OCTFME.
