The United States Embassy in Honduras hereby issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for the HVAC system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award either a single contract covering all required services or multiple contracts dividing the services among qualified bidders.
