Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Secure and maintain a high quality camp facility to host summer camp programming.oProvide a safe and inclusive culture for camp attendeesoProvide an opportunity to focus on critical social and emotional development•Hire, train, and pay camp director and all camp counselors•Manage the recruitment and enrollment process of KIPP DC students•Manage and coordinate communications with KIPP DC families through enrollment processthrough duration of actual camp dates•Collaborate with KIPP DC chief community engagement & growth officer and KIPP DC schoolleaders on camp programming customization•Assess and report on camp attendee’s growth against summer camp program objectives incollaboration with KIPP DC
