● Audit special education files, individualized instructional plans and KIPP DC data systems to ensure KIPP DC systems continue to be properly aligned to meet needs of students with disabilities, including newly enrolled students and our youngest pre-K 3 learners ● Audit student files, home surveys and KIPP DC data to ensure systems continue to be properly aligned to meet the needs of English Language Learners and newly enrolled students ● Review KIPP DC data systems and network planning to ensure professional development plans, coaching and adult learning activities continue to meet the highest standards and best practices in the field of special education and student support services. ● Support current KIPP DC staff to meet the unique needs of each and every student, and ensure KIPP DC systems continue to deliver best in class instruction for all children, including English language learners and students with disabilities
