KIPP DC seeks a qualified and reputable vendor who can conduct an in-depth review of KIPP DC student support and special education instructional and operational systems, then support our team to develop lasting, highly effective systems and strategies for ongoing success. Our goal is to start this work in early 2025 and conclude by Spring 2026. This includes, but is not limited to the following: ● Review special education data and conduct a review of current state to identify current areas of strength and areas in need of strengthening and/or redesign ● Review student support systems and processes and interview key stakeholders to identify current areas of strength and areas in need of strengthening and/or redesign ● Collaboratively develop strategic plan to support ongoing Special Education instruction and operational systems, to include goals and progress monitoring methods, levers, and communication recommendations ● Support the ongoing design and implementation of robust systems and structures that support first-in-class compliance with all regulations ● Support the design and implementation of comprehensive systems to support ongoing instructional and operational objectives to support all learners, especially those with special needs ● Provide ongoing thought partnership and auditing of systems periodically throughout next school year (2025-2026) ● Provide professional development, thought partnership, and coaching to senior leaders and regional student support team staff in managing any subsequent change efforts related to the review and strategic plan
