This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research information and planning purposes to identify the availability of potential sources capable of providing: (3) Spectrum Analyzer Suites with built in MONARCH and SCEPTRE software ( Part Number MONARCH-LT-16-10G-ITAR-SM435CX-8TB), (3) Omnidirectional Atenas (Part Number MONARCH-ODA3), (4) BB60D Analyzer with WTPLA100 powerline adapter (Part Number BB60D-WTPLA100), (1) SCEPTRE annual license (part number SCEPTRE-PRO-USG-ITAR-MNT1), (1) SCEPTRE annual license (Part Number SCEPTRE-10G-ITAR-MNT1) and (2) Iterations of equipment training for six students, to be delivered to the Joint Staff on or around 15 September 2025. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, 3dB Labs Inc., 9050 Centre point Dr. Suite 340, West Chester OH 45069, under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified acquisition procedures - a sole source acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for the acquisition of commercial items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) The resultant acquisition will pursue a firm fixed priced award using simplified acquisition procurement (SAP-CI) procedures pursuant to FAR Parts 12 and FAR Part 13.5.
