Under the supervision of the Cybersecurity Counsel Attorney Advisor in the Office of General Counsel’s Ethics and Administration Division (GC/EA), the Offeror is responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and opinions to stakeholders across the agency, including the Chief Information Office (CIO), on a day-to-day basis regarding the following legal portfolio: programs and policies that involve data, privacy, cybersecurity, information technology, information, information security, and cybersecurity supply chain risk management law matters. The Offeror will focus on legal matters concerning the USAID Data Services team relative to existing and emerging priorities; however, the Offeror may be asked to work on any legal issue within the portfolio. The Offeror will be provided with the support services, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the work.
