The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has an immediate need for Skip Tracing Services. Government furnished case data will be utilized with identifiable information, commercial data verification, and physical observation services, to verify alien address information, investigate alternative alien address information, and confirm the new location of aliens.
Amendment 1 issued on 11/12/2025 corrects the NAICS code published in SAM.gov from 541199 to 561611, adds a question and answer portion, and extends the due date to 11/21/2025.
Amendment 2 issued on 11/19/2025 is for the following:
1) Publishes responses to the questions received
2) Removes FAR 52.228-5 Insurance—Work on a Government Installation
3) Minimum Quantity is adjusted to $7,500,000.00 per IDIQ and Maximum Quantity is adjusted to $281,250,000.00 per IDIQ
4) Removal of Service Contract Act Applicability
5) Removal of SOW text: The vendor may be required to use DHS IT case management systems. Where required, the government will provide vendor personnel with immediate access to case file information from or within DHS/ICE systems (EARM/EID, ENFORCE, IDENT/HART, ATLAS, NCIC, etc.) and other approved law enforcement systems. Such access may be through file transfers, downloads, or user accounts/permissions. All vendor personnel accessing DHS/ICE IT systems will be required to hold/obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance and handle PII.
6) Extends the due date to 5:00 PM ET on 11/24/2025.
