DPAA requires Meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hardwire internet for Facebook live, YouTube, Vimeo, and Government websites. These will be used to conduct briefings and one-on-one meetings with family members of missing servicemen from WWII, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. DPAA will brief these families on the U.S. government?s efforts to recover their loved one?s remains and return them to their families for burial with full military honors. Meeting rooms and audio video support will be for a period of two (2) days (August 7-8, 2025). The hotel/motel shall be located within 2 miles of the DPAA Headquarters in Arlington, VA and in a setting within reasonable walking distance to food establishments. Additionally, as this will be an all-day event, the government is also requiring the hotel to provide light refreshments for the two-day period of August 7 thru August 8, 2025
