Specifications include, but are not limited to: KIPP DC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Security Technology Services. KIPP DC is soliciting proposals for a renewable master agreement from qualified vendors to provide Security Technology Services that include but are not limited to supporting (1) access control, (2) intrusion detection, (3) alarm monitoring, (4) security cameras and (5) security-related consulting and advisory to optimize the safety and security of KIPP DC facilities. The selected vendor(s) will be required to perform the services described below on an as-needed basis. Once specific project needs have been identified, the selected vendor(s) will submit a cost estimate for the specific scope of work and shall not proceed with any work until the estimate/work order is approved by the designated KIPP DC representative. Access Control ● Including but not limited to: o Design, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of access control systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure o Advisory, consultative and support services related to access control, access control systems and access control credentials o Asset and inventory management services related to access control systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure Intrusion Detection ● Including but not limited to: o Design, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of intrusion detection systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure o Advisory, consultative and support services related to intrusion detection and intrusion detection systems o Asset and inventory management services related to intrusion detection systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure Alarm Monitoring (including but not limited to intrusion, fire/life safety and elevator alarms) ● Including but not limited to: o Design, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of alarm monitoring systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure o Advisory, consultative and support services related to alarm monitoring and alarm monitoring systems o Asset and inventory management services related to alarm monitoring systems and related hardware, software and infrastructure
