Specifications include, but are not limited to: KIPP DC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for School Security Services. KIPP DC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide School Security Services at its eight school campuses. Contractor's personnel must work to ensure the safety of KIPP DC students, faculty, staff, and facilities at all times. Our needs for Guard coverage include, but are not limited to the following: • Security protection against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry • Employee and visitor identification • Control of vehicular traffic on KIPP DC property, maintain order and supervise parking • Support and coordination of arrival and dismissal process • Other measures necessary for maximum security • Coverage is required beyond the building premises to bus stops, parking lots, adjacent KIPP DCowned properties, practice fields, and any campus evacuation and reunification locations.
