Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide Unarmed Security Services at the RobbinsHealthCenter, Cottage Grove Health Center, Logan Square Health Center,CiceroHealth Center, Englewood Health Center, and the Dr. Jorge PrietoHealthCenter, Woody Winston Health Center, Austin Health Center, and OakForestSpecialty Care, and the Woodlawn Health CenterContractor will be responsible for the management and operation ofsecurity services within each clinic. The unarmed security guard shalloffer effective security and protective services, public safety and losscontrol. The contractor is expected to fully participate in the clinic'sEmergency Preparedness and Response as well as Safety related activities.Contractor's employees must demonstrate competence in dealing with theclinic's diverse patient population.Sensitivity to the various ages,culturesandspecialneeds
