Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (Airports Authority) is seeking Expressions of Interest and/orsupporting information from software solutions providers to replace the Airports Authority's current Revenueand Lease Management System (RLMS).The Airports Authority's intent with this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFI) is to eventually implement areplacement RLMS for use at all Airports Authority properties including Ronald Reagan Washington National(DCA) and/or Washington Dulles International (IAD) Airports. The Airports Authority also seeks informationfrom potential providers that may assist in further refinement of system requirements.No award will be made as a result of this solicitation.OBJECTIVEThe Airports Authority seeks the expression of interest from qualified firms interested in providing a softwareproduct and implementation services for a Revenue and Lease Management System (RLMS). Under this RFI,the Airports Authority seeks information regarding airport revenue and lease management software products,vendor implementation experience at airport organizations comparable to the Airports Authority, and theplanned product lifecycle. The RLMS will be used to perform all billing / invoicing and administering all leases,property, space, and utility usage. The Airports Authority requires a full-featured RLMS for managing allrevenue and non-revenue leases, contracts, permits, and easements at Airports Authority-administeredproperties. The RLMS must be fully integrated with the Airports Authority's existing Oracle e-Business Suite(EBS) R12 ERP system which has been in production use since June 2011. Based on the input received fromthis RFI, the Airports Authority may develop an RFP for release in early 2014
