Amtrak, (Owner), is seeking professional services to perform construction work as a single project for: Oakland Yard Security Enhancements (120 Magnolia Street, Oakland, CA 94607) scope includes installing 160 surveillance cameras integrated with Amtrak’s Genetec system, adding access controls to 46 doors and gates linked to the Lenel system, and constructing 2,200 linear feet of perimeter fencing at the yard. Oakland Commissary Security Enhancements (1851 5th Street Building A, Oakland, CA 94607) new IP cameras, electronic access control, and intercom systems, replacing outdated equipment for improved reliability. It includes 20 cameras, six card readers, four intercom stations, new door frames, and a motorized roll-up door supported by electrical upgrades for UPS and network systems.
