Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) 19NL8026Q0001 – Hotel Accommodation Services
Dear Prospective Offeror,
The U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, invites your company to submit a quotation for Hotel Accommodation Services for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
The requirement includes the rental of a fully furnished, smoke-free, one-bedroom apartment that meets the minimum standards outlined in the attached Solicitation documents. Offerors must review and comply with all details and requirements provided in the Statement of Work (SOW), SF-18, and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of State
Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) clauses.
This RFQ does not obligate the U.S. Government to cover any costs associated with preparing your submission. Additionally, the final contract award is contingent upon the availability of funds (SAF).

• Quotations must reference Solicitation No. 19NL8026Q0001 and be submitted via email to TheHagueGSOProcurement@state.gov.
• The deadline for submission is December 3, 2025, at 12:00 noon (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted.
