The Contractor shall provide the following requirements: C.5.1 The Contractor shall conduct a kick-off session with OSSE key staff to include an introduction to their agency, their scope of work related to this contract, and an implementation plan/schedule of services for this contract. C.5.2 The Contractor shall submit to OSSE a draft project plan that outlines key deliverables, associated target completion timeframes, and milestones for the project implementation. C.5.3 The Contractor shall, at a minimum, meet with OSSE staff on a bi-weekly basis to discuss progress, present information and draft content for decision making or review, and discuss project questions. C.5.4 Landscape Analysis of State Models: The Contractor shall conduct a landscape analysis of states that have credentials for school mental health providers lower than a master’s level. C.5.4.1 The Contractor shall develop the methodology for the landscape analysis. C.5.4.2 The Contractor shall conduct the landscape analysis. C.5.4.3 The Contractor shall provide a written report of themes and findings, as well as detailed information on three (3) state exemplars.
