Purpose:
The U.S. Coast Guard, acting on behalf of the Philippines Navy through Foreign Military Sales (FMS), is conducting market research to identify potential vendors for a 60-ton floating crane.
Crane is intended to be fixed to a floating barge and requires a lifting capacity of 60 tons from the barge. The lifting capabilities must be calculated from a barge. Crane must meet compliance with Philippine’s EPA regulations. Equipment will be shipped to Cavite City, Philippines.

- Does your company currently have existing government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC) (e.g. GSA) or other strategically sourced contracts for these types of requirements that the USCG can order off? If yes, please provide contract number, what agency it is with, and agency point of contact information.
