The Government of the District of Columbia (“District”), Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) seeks information on software solutions to support Career and Technical Education (CTE) students to participate in work-based learning internship programs and becoming career ready. The District considers responses to this Request for Information (RFI) as part of its outreach and research efforts, using them primarily as survey input to assess the availability of existing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products. The information gathered will be used to help the development of parameters and requirements that may subsequently be included in a Solicitation for Bids or Proposals.
