The Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Government Operations Cluster, seeks a contractor to provide Random Moment in Time Studies (RMTS) for the Department of Aging and Community Living (DACL) for reimbursement by Medicaid for all Medicaid-allowable costs associated with the delivery of Medicaid related service. The Contractor shall perform the following tasks, services and activities related to the development, implementation and operation of an online web and e-mail based Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) system. The Contractor shall perform the RMTS services in the increments of four quarterly timeframes of October – December, January – March, April –June, and July – September. The RMTS system shall generate statistically valid random samples that conform to the confidence level, precision, and sample size requirements for the Agency. Based on the Agency’s program mission, the Contractor shall develop tailored RMTS forms to effectively capture the appropriate responses.
