Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) anticipates the release of a Request for Proposals(RFP) which seeks to award a Non-Architectural/Non-Engineering contract for professional services to a responsiveand responsible consultant or consultant team. The award will provide for the collection and processing of detailedpavement data (such as IRI, rut, fault, inertially-aided GPS) and photolog images on 17,000 miles of the State's totalhighway network and some local owned roadways. The contract will have a four (4) year base term with a two (2)year optional extension. The contract also requires the vendor provide the Department with a "High Speed Profiler"including all associated processing and viewing software
