The Contractor shall be able to capture ODR's audio recording by downloading the software (Digital Court Recording) otherwise known as DCR which will be provided by the ODR. The Contractor shall have the ability to receive (electronic) audio files in "drop box" or similar audio transfer software in form or DCR, MP3, MP4, and Windows media. The Contractor shall provide all transcriptions in the English language, including untranslated transcription of any instances in which the languages listed below (C.3.3.1-C.3.3.7) are used, and, upon request, also be able to provide fully translated transcriptions in the languages listed below (C.3.3.1-C.3.3.7): C.3.3.1 Amharic C.3.3.2 Chinese Mandarin C.3.3.3 Chinese Cantonese C.3.3.4 French C.3.3.5 Korean C.3.3.6 Spanish C.3.3.7 Vietnamese The Contractor shall provide transcripts that are clear indications of a pause in speech and a change of speaker according to industry standards. C.3.4.1 The Contractor shall provide a listing of common transcription definitions, phrases, and characters/symbols used when transcribing audio (such a pause in speech, and ellipsis). C.3.4.2 The Contractor shall provide speaker identification formats. The Contractor shall deliver transcripts electronically in PDF format and/or hardcopy format at 1050 First Street, N.E., 3'd Floor, Washington, DC 20002. The Contractor will be notified if foreign language translations are required.
