Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor(s) shall provide the following: (a) High quality promotional and specialty items that are durable (not easily broken or damaged) and sustainable (will not expire or be damaged within typical shelf life of said product); (b) Promotional and specialty items that are designed, manufactured and intended for use within a commercial or public environment; (c) Professional artwork, designs and/or proofs which must be approved in writing by the COTR prior to production; (d) Any revisions of the designs or layout as determined by the COTR; (e) A complete set of item specifications (to include item descriptions and pictures) for all promotional or specialty items offered to the COTR upon request; (f) A production timeline to reflect milestone updates of the items ordered; (g) Automated artistic graphic design products, using design systems such as Adobe InDesign, Quark Express, Photoshop, and Illustrator CS2 or lower, to establish the visual appearance and print specifications to include colors, fonts/sizes, imagery and recommended stocks; and (h) Adhere to the Events DC’s graphic standards as identified in the Events DC Style Guide. The Contractor(s) shall be able to provide promotional and specialty items to include, but not be limited to, the following categories: i. Men’s and women’s apparel;
ii. Pins, badges, lanyards, and wristbands; iii. Bags, cases and totes; iv. Calendars, clocks and watches; v. Latest technology devices and accessories; vi. Coolers (to include types such as, but not limited to, backpacks, event, collapsible and lunch, and rolling); vii. Electronics (such as, but not limited to, pedometers, watches, Bluetooth speaker boxes); viii. Desk accessories (to include leather table blotters, business card holders and portfolios); ix. Drinkware (to include coffee and travel mugs, cups and glasses of all sizes and types, including ceramic, glass, plastic and metal); x. Gift baskets
