Responses to this RFI should be submitted electronically to forrest.hancock@gsa.gov and christopher.jacobus@gsa.gov no later than 5 December, 2025 8:00 EST. Please use the subject line "RFI Response - Strategic Readiness / Readiness Analytics". Responses should be in PDF. Questions regarding this RFI should be directed to Forrest Hancock and Christopher Jacobus at forrest.hancock@gsa.gov and christopher.jacobus@gsa.gov. The Government may use the information received in response to this RFI for planning purposes. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense.
