The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA or Metro) is seeking a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs within the organization and provide hiring solutions that are flexible and scalable. Such services will ensure compliance with relevant policies and instructions, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements in alignment with WMATA’s Strategic Transformation Plan. The RPO will enhance WMATA’s capacity to recruit, screen, and develop the candidate pipeline, and onboard high-caliber talent across a variety of roles, including public-facing customer service positions, roles requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), law enforcement, and skilled trade positions by delivering a comprehensive recruitment solution via a co-sourced and/or hybrid model to streamline hiring for critical roles. The firm will support WMATA’s Department of People, Culture, and Inclusion and Office of Talent Acquisition and work collaboratively to sustain hiring demands and enhance workforce quality across critical operational areas.
