The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) is seeking to identify any vendor capable of providing onsite Document Destruction Services at Veterans Benefits Administration Philadelphia Regional Office located at per the (Attachment 2)Â below. This Sources Sought notice provides an opportunity for respondents to submit their capability and availability to provide the requirements described below. Vendors are encouraged to submit information relative to their capabilities to fulfill this requirement, in the form of a statement that addresses the specific requirement identified in this Sources Sought. Information received from this Sources Sought shall be utilized to facilitate the Contracting Officer s review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy. This averages six (6) bins per week or 24 bins per month. Shred services include other non-paper materials including computer hard drives, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, VHS, or other types of electronic tape media in accordance with all appendix clauses. It is estimated that this equates to 1 bin per quarter. The contractor shall provide the following items and perform the related tasks as specified: The contractor shall provide and maintain a quantity of seven (17) bins - 64 gallon secured shred bins with two wheels 360-degree rotating wheels located on the bottom of each bin to be located at the Veterans Benefits Administration Philadelphia Regional Office, 5000 Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19144. The bins will be located at the shipping and receiving dock.
