Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent will act as an agent of DCHA's Office of Public Affairs and Communications (OPA&C) in OPA&C's efforts to deliver a modern, attractive, and effective public-facing website and secure intranet that will support the DCHA's organizational goals. OPA&C will rely on the SUCCESSFUL BIDDER to add technical capacity to in-house capacity. OPA&C will rely on the SUCCESSFUL BIDDER to: Audit existing online content - consult with DCHA to analyze all current online content, its history and ownership, noting the original strategic and tactical intent of the content. Develop business requirements - consult with DCHA staff to establish current and inuninent organizational goals. Develop measurable objectives - consult with DCHA to establish objectives that can be measured over a specific time period. Coordinate and align messaging - consult with internal stuff to create and/or refine content that consistently supports the agency's messaging. Collaborate with existing contractors OPA&C has contracted with a graphic design vendor to create a visual presence, look, and feel on the web site. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will work closely with the graphic design vendor to ensure all technical and messaging objectives are met.
