Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this request for sealed statements of qualifications is to secure theservices of a firm or individual, hereinafter referred to as Vendor, Proposer, Respondent or Offeror, toprovide the services/goods described herein to the Ysleta Independent School District (hereinafter the"District") on behalf of the District's Board of Trustees (hereinafter the "Board"). In accordance withGovernment Code 2254.0004, the District will then rank the providers in order of perceived qualificationsto determine the most highly qualified Offeror. Negotiations will be initiated with the Offeror selectedmost highly qualified in order to attempt to arrive at a contract with that Offeror at a fair and reasonableprice. The professional fees under that contract must be consistent with, and not higher than, therecommended practices and fees published by the applicable professional associations, and may not exceedany maximum provided by law.
