BACKGROUND
DFC requires a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) online information system providing access and insight into the flow of capital across the entire venture capital, private equity, M&A, private debt, and PE funds ecosystem. This database shall expand DFC’s access to private/public equity deal information and permit a smooth transaction process.
SCOPE
DFC requires a contractor to provide a private transaction database subscription with detailed data on the private and public markets, including companies, investors, funds, investments, exits, and people in emerging markets. The database shall also include associated reports, analysis, and news on the PE/VC market. This will keep DFC informed on market trends and the flow of capital across the space for purposes of research, market mapping, and accurately pricing DFC’s transactions.
