Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) is seeking printing and mailing services for its SBE Opportunity Guide 2018 (the “Guide”) that is a fullcolor approximately 124-page print publication for which DSLBD needs 1900 print copies approximately December 15 (see C.5.3). Approximately 1600 of the Guides will be mailed directly to local DC businesses for receipt approximately December 31 (see C.5.3). Graphic design services are covered under a separate contact. The Contractor shall print the Guide per the following specifications. c) Quantity = 1900 print copies d) Length = 124 pages including covers, double-sided e) Size = 8 ½” x 11” f) Color = full color, bleeds only on front and back covers g) Paper = 80# matte white for body of publication (120 pages). Heavier stock for covers. h) Binding = Provide pricing for 2 options: Binding Option #1 = Perfect Bound Binding Option #2 = Metal, double spiral
