The American Embassy (also referred to as U.S. Government in this contract) in Windhoek, Namibia requires Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Services for the facility’s elevator systems. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Contractor shall perform planned maintenance and inspections as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The intent of this SOW is to ensure the entire elevator system for this facility are maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure the readiness and proper operation of the system, and to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration when units are activated/running.
The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than November 1, 2024.
