This Request for Proposal (RFP) 70B01C25Q00000462 - AMENDMENT 2 is issued to clarify submission requirements, which was inadvertently left off the prior versions, and to extend the proposal due date. Submissions to the government shall be as follows:
Proposals are due to the government no later than 5:00 PM EDT, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer by e-mailing: camilla.j.schmidt@cbp.dhs.gov.

The clauses and provisions apply to this RFP and to any resulting purchase order award. This RFP is issued to fill the requirement for Pre-Tax Parking Electronic Financial Reimbursement Transaction Services, as outlined in Attachment A: Statement of Work (SOW).
