Amtrak intends to accept Letters of Interest (“LOI”) to prequalify prospective suppliers for addition to Amtrak’s bidders list for an upcoming Request for Proposal for Amtrak’s Packetized Development – Phase 4 initiative. The initiative aims to expand Amtrak’s MSA portfolio for Packetized Development to include two (2) additional domains: UKG Systems Engineering, and Data Management. The intent of Amtrak’s Packetized Development MSAs is to enhance Amtrak’s Digital Technology (DT) Department’s supplier pool to meet key initiatives and business objectives. These MSAs help alleviate DT resource constraints, minimize time to market on projects, as well as, providing greater accountability, governance, knowledge transfer and better financial management and planning.
