Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Develop an implementable work schedule for the 2018 MuralsDC program. Facilitate the youth engagement component of MuralsDC anti-graffiti initiative, including but not limited to identifying potential partnership(s) with a nonprofit organization or government entity which may serve justice-involved youth who could participate in the MuralsDC program. Engaged youth are to be connected to illegal tagging and/or interested in graffiti art. Match MuralsDC selected artists with participating local youth program. Develop a monitoring and evaluation process for the youth component of the program. Work with DPW to inspect and secure locations for the murals, including taking the necessary measurements and pictures of existing conditions at each site
