The Cook County Clerk is seeking services to assist the Office in doing analysis and making policy and operational decisions to implement administrative and legislative changes on both the state and federal levels. The Cook County Clerk is seeking services to assist the Office in doing analysis and making policy and operational decisions to implement administrative and legislative changes on both the state and federal levels. The Proposer will work with, among others, the Illinois State Board of Elections, the Illinois Association of Clerks, elected officials, other governmental agencies, community groups, civic groups, and professional organizations. Primary areas of activity will include issues related to election administration, voting processes and procedures, voter registration , and continued analysis of the impact of recent state and federal election laws, including the National Voter registration Act and the Help America Vote Act.
