1. The Contractor shall furnish all the products listed in Section B.5 PRICE SCHEDULE – FIRM FIXED PRICE. 2. The Contractor shall be an authorized and/or certified Oracle reseller and maintain authorization and/or certification throughout the term of the contract. 3. The Contractor shall provide the Oracle support and maintenance services associated with each product. 4. The period of performance shall have a base year, from May 27, 2025, through May 26, 2026, with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The licenses for each option year shall be a continuation of the licenses defined in Section B.5. PRICE SCHEDULE – FIRM FIXED PRICE. 5. The Contractor shall update the OCIO of any support and maintenance changes upon receipt of new information. 6. The Contractor shall proactively engage with Oracle and notify the OCIO of product roadmap changes each quarter of the fiscal year. If there are changes of Oracle products or services, the Contractor shall notify the OCIO within two business days in writing to the OCIO. 7. The Contractor shall reach out to the OCIO to establish a reporting and management process for the Contract. 8. Approval of the management process shall be provided by the Contractor to the OCIO Program Manager for approval within 30 days of contact award.
