The contractor shall provide only the most current models, components, and accessories in new, fully operational, factory sealed condition, with all applicable licenses and ongoing access to patches, updates, upgrades during the contract period. 5.1 The Contractor shall provide one (1) OpenText. The product and services shall include the following: 5.1.2 Production Region with provisions of one (1) engine licenses; 5.1.2.1 FlexNet License Server configured in 3 -node model. 5.1.3 Pre-Production Region with FlexNet License Server configured in 3-node model; 5.1.3.1 Provisions of four (4) engine instance licenses. 5.1.4 Non-Production Region with provision of five (5) engine licenses total; 5.1.4.1 FlexNet License Server configured in 3-node model. 5.1.5 Developer Licenses with provision of ten (10) developer licenses.
