Specifications include, but are not limited to: Curriculum Development: C.5.2.1 The contractor shall develop a comprehensive curriculum for welding certification training that aligns with American Welding Society (AWS) standards and industry best practices. The contractor shall comply with AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code—Steel and other relevant AWS standards, which are mandatory. C.5.2.2 The contractor shall have a detailed curriculum that covers theoretical principles, practical techniques, and safety protocols relevant to welding processes and procedures ensure participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to pass welding certification exams. C.5.3 Instructional Delivery: C.5.3.1 The Contractor shall provide qualified instructors with welding instruction and certification preparation expertise. Instructors shall possess relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Certified Welding Inspector) and demonstrate proficiency in delivering effective welding training. Instructional methods shall be interactive, engaging, and tailored to the diverse learning styles of participants.
