A.5.1 Suite # 700 Server Room The selected vendor shall be responsible for purchasing a new Meraki switch to replace the temporary switch located in Suite # 700 Server Room. This configuration shall be a Meraki C9300 48–port UPOE and C9300 24- port mGig, UPOE with a 3-year Advanced Security License. This configuration shall have the scalability to support over 48 endpoints, including the existing Meraki cameras and Meraki Access Points already installed in this suite. The selected vendor shall provide Meraki network switches with the following components: 1. Meraki C9300 48port (12mGig & 36 2.5Gbps), UPOE, 1100wac PS 2. Meraki C9300 24-port mGig, UPOE, 1100wPS 3. Meraki C9300 8 x 10GE Network Module 4. All necessary components for the connections with fiber uplink to the main server room located in Suite#750. All of the required Meraki switches shall include a 3-year Advanced License for each switch or component that is provided. The vendor’s familiarity with the existing fiber architecture is crucial for ensuring smooth integration and minimizing downtime during deployment. A.5.1.2 Suite # 750 Server Room The vendor shall be tasked with replacing the Cisco 4507 core switch, which houses (4) 48 PoE 10/100/1000 cards and (1) 8-port 10GB fiber connection. The new equipment shall be a C9300 48-port UPOE switch, 1100WAC PS (power supply), replacing the outdated equipment, ensuring compatibility with the existing Meraki infrastructure. The selected vendor shall provide the following Meraki network switches and components: 1. (2) C9300X 48-port, 8 x mGig+ 40 x 5G UPOE+, 1100W AC PS 2. (2) C9300 48-port UPOE, 1100W AC PS 3. (2) C9300 8 x 10GE Network Module 4. (2) C9300X 8-port 1/10/25G SFP+ Network Module 5. (4) C9000 1100W AC Platinum Power Supply 6. (4) Meraki 10G Base SR Multi-Mode 7. (3) C9000 50CM Type 1 Stacking Cable 8. (1) C9000 1M Type 1 Stacking Cable 9. (4) C9000 Stack Power Cable 150 CM All of the required Meraki switches shall include a 3-year Advanced License for each switch or component that is provided. The vendor shall have prior experience with this configuration and its integration with the existing BOE Meraki system. Knowledge of BOE’s network setup is essential to minimize downtime and ensure full compatibility. A.5.1.3 Mobile Device Management (MDM) The vendor shall purchase licenses for the Meraki Systems Manager, which is the Mobile Device Management solution, for all mobile devices, such as its pool of iPads used for Language translation, used at each voting site, all work cell phones, and other mobile devices that need to be centrally managed and secured. The selected vendor shall purchase 250 Cisco Meraki Systems Manager Enterprise Device Licenses and support for 3 years. These licenses will be used to manage 110 dedicated iPads for our Language Translation application during elections, Laptops, and other mobile devices, as well as BOE-issued iPhones.
