The Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch (HROM), is seeking a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to deliver instructor-led Effective Navy – Marine Corps Naval Correspondence Training Seminars to civilian employees within the Marine Corps National Capital Region (MCNCR). The intent of this training is to reinforce and standardize the preparation and management of official correspondence in accordance with Department of the Navy guidelines.
Please review the instructions below alongside the attached Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to ensure your submission is complete and in full compliance. Please refer to M00264-25-Q-0007-0003 for amendment details.
The pupose of amendment 00003 is to clarify that vendors are required to submit Standard Form (SF) 1149- Conformed Copy as part of their response, and to formally acknowledge receipt of Amendment 00001-0003.
